Implement the following steps to resize the picture of your liking.
1.Take a picture and right click on it. Select the Edit option
2.The picture opens in MSPaint by default. Select Strech/Skew option from Image Option in MS Paint.
3.Alter the Horizontal and Vertical percentages in Strech Section to your liking. To resize the picture into passport size picture, set the Horizontal and Vertical percentages to 25.
4.Save the file in JPG/GIF format as it not only reduces the size but retains the clarity. The reference picture was around 370 KB. After reduction it is near 27 KB!. The clarity is however retained.
